ALLEGED MANIPULATION OP SOLDIERS’ VOTES.

Referring to -the Rev. R. S. Gray’s denial of the allegation that the NewZealand Alliaiifca' received a cable message inferring a manipulation. of the soldiers’ votes, Mr A. "Bruntitell, M.L.A., states that the Rev. 1 J; - Dawson, general secretary of the New Zealand Alliance, received a cable message, and read it to Mr Bruntnell. The mcs’ago declared that the soldiers’ vote did not ..represent-the'- true feeling of the men, . and that there had been some mn'nfpulatiotir ‘Mr Dawson loft hurriedly for America, and may not have ahoWii the message to Air Gray. -
The Rev. Mi - Gray, president of the Now Zealand Alliance, states that the Alliance office,,JL^,s r nqv,M n ,received any. communication covering the- manipulation of the i.sqldiers’ rote at tho recent referendum.
