DEATH UNDER ANAESTHETIC

AUCKLAND, May 21. The death of William Thomas Tyler, a married man, occurred under an anaesthetic at tho hospital last evening. At the inoucst a verdict was returned that death was due to respiratory failure while under an anaesthetic. All precautions wore taken before the operation, and all means were adopted to revive the patient on his collapse.
