Five Bolshevik regiments on the Ural front reoeutily mutinied and arrested and drowned a number of commissaries, including Liador, Trotsky's private secretary. It is stated that Colonel Halakantsj, leader of the Russian Volunteer Force, is operating on the Pskoff front. It is announced that he intends to attack Petrograd.
