Sir, —iMr Henry Bodley’s reply has given me more or less -of an understanding. The lady artist no doubt appreciates his quixotic championship of herself. As' regards tho stop-v, ork meetings, we aro democratic enough to think that important business should be decided by the full membership of the union, the nature of our calling making it impossible to do it in any other way except, by stoo-work meetings. I wish this letter was more coherent, but I am thinkingutpo 'much of Holy Writ, how the Philistines with tho jawbuhb of an ass J. O’BRIEN.
