NEW PLYMOUTH, May 15. In tho Supremo Court to-day, tho jury disagreed in the case of alleged indecent assault against Alfred James Bysantson, of Mokau. A new trial was ordered for to-morrow.
11l a divorce case, Duncan John Hopburn (Hawera) v. May Hepburn and James Edward Sole (Hawera, co-respon-dent), on the grounds of adultery, the denial of adultery by tho respondent was abandoned during tho hearing. The defence was that petitioner's conduct conduced to adultery. The jury found for petitioner, with £IOO damages and costs against the co-respondent.
DAMAGES AGAINST DAIRY COMPANY.

At the Supreme Court, Leslie Hector Rendlo, a boy, was awarded £SO special damages and £25 general damages against the United Co-operative Dairy ompany, Woodvillo, through defective planking the plaintiff fell into a trough and scalded his legs.

At the Supreme Court, James Arthur Cameron Perry was found guilty of indecent assault. Sentence was deferred. high McLean was acquitted on a charge of indecency.
