APPLICATION FOR RE-HEARING

IN HOWARD NATTRASS CASE.

It is understood that application for a rehearing will be made in Chambers in tho Magistrate's Court this morning by Howard Nattrass ia respect to the decision of Mr "F. V. t razor, S.M., in the case against him in the Magistrate's Court on Monday. Nattrass was charged with being a roguo and a vagabond, in that he was found by night on the premises of William Strangman. He was bound over by the magistrate to keep tho peace in a sum of £2OO and a surety of £2OO.
