The “Daily Ncwls”: .Paris correspondent states that iv difficulty has arisen in connection with the demanding of the ex-Kaiser’s extradition. Belgium declines the responsibility. America is opposed to a trial, and is therefore out of. court. Italy is little interested in the question. A delicacy arises re.spectfng- .England in view of King George’s ■ relationship to the ex-Kaiser William. There will probably be collective action unless France undertakes the task. The- “Matin” suggests the names ,of .j possible judges! These include Lord Reading (Britain), Mr Taft fll'.-llr. Hughe,s-(America)-,-and M. Bourgeoise (France).
