(Received May 14, 8 p.m.) LONDON, May 8. Mr Austen Chamberlain, in the House of Commons, said if he raised tho income tax exemption limit, from til3o to £250 as the Labour party demanded, the result would bo a loss to the revenue of £8,000,000 annually.
