America is opposed to a trial, and Is therefore out of court. Italy is little interested in the question. A delicacy arises respecting England in view of King George’s relationship to the ex-Kaiser William. _ There will probably he collective action unless France undertakes the task. The “Matin” . suggests the names of 'possible judges. . These include Lord Reading (Britain), Mr, Taft or.Mr-Hughes (America),- and M.Boiugooise (France).
