AID BY FOUR GREAT POWERS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. fc * PARIS, May 10. The British, American, French, and Japanese plan for tho development of China industrially and financially, will, it is expected, be finally concluded at a meeting of representative bankers on Monday. The four Powers will, under tho plan, advance identical amounts, though it is probable that the French bankers will nogotiate the firss loan through an American banking group.
