NEW ZEALAND CONSOLIDATED DENTAL COMPANY. The twanty-flrst annual general meet iug of the above company was held last evening, the Hou. J. G. W. Aitken (chairman of directors) presiding. The annual report disclosed a satisfactory year. After payment of working expenses, due provision made for bad and doubtful debts, income and special war tax £lßl3 16s 2d. writing down fixtures and fittings £136 13s 4d. the net uroflt on ‘the year’s business was £2968 13s 3d, which witi tho addition of £1442 7s 9d brought for ward from last year, makes a total c 4 £4411 Is. At the wool sales 8136 bales were offered, nf which 1565 bales were from New Zealand. There was a poor selection, bat a very full attendance, though competition was hardly so keen, as at the April opening. Slipos were in keen demand ■ super were 2d above the April rate, and average elipes Id better. Super, combing merinos advanced sd, and average merinos were at par.
