DISAPPROVES OF COLOUR BAR. By Telerraph—Presa Assocla-tinn—Copyright ("Received May 11, 5.5 p.m.) CAPETOWN, May 8. The first Trade Union Congress of tho Cape Province, sitting at Capetown, passed a resolution by 61 votes to 1 that the colour bar in Trade Unions is wrong in principle and unjust in practice. No differentiation should be tolerated on account of nationality, colour, creed, or Bex.
