RIGHTS OF DOMINIONS
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received May 9, 5 p.m.) LONDON, May 8. Replying to Mr Norton Griffiths’s reference to the development of the Imperial Cabinet, Mr 15. Shortt said the Dominion Premiers now had the right to communicate direct with the Prune Minister of the United Kingdom, and the Dominions had the right to nominate a visiting or resident Minister in London to ho a member of the Imperial War Cabinet, except at such sessions as the Premier of the Dominion concerned may bo attending personally.
