AERIAL NAVIGATION
SECTION XI
Aircraft of the Allied and associated Powers shall have full hberty of passage, and lauding, over and in German territory, and equal treatment with. German ’planes as to tho use or German aerodromes and with “most-favoured-nation” ’planes. As to internal commercial traffic in Germany, Germany agrees to accept Allied certificates of nationality, air-worthiness, or competency, and licenses, and to apply .the Convention relative to aerial navigation concluded between the Allied and associated ’Powers to her own aircraft, over her own'territory. These rules apply until unless Germany has since been admitted to the League of Nations or to the above Convention.
