AUSTRIA PROTESTS AGAINST CESSION.

VIENNA, May 4,

The Austrian Government, in a Noto to the Entente Powers, protests against tho cession to Italy of old Tyrolean towns, thus bringing hundreds of thousands of Germans under Italian control, contrary to tho ninth of President Wilson’s Fourteen Points, under which Austria agreed to the Armistice.
