INFLUENZA IN COMMONWEALTH
LIFTING OF MAJOR RESTRICTIONS.

The Medical Council, in view of tho marked improvement in tho influenza situation, has recommended the lifting of all tho restrictions on outdoor assemblages, only retaining tho rule requiring tho wearing of masks at indoor assemblages, and on trains, trams, and ferries. It warns the-public of tho probability of a recrudescence of tho epidemic and the necessity for the utmost care to avoid infection.
