Neighbours entering the house- 'of a settler named Beckmann. near Ballarat, found the mother, daughter, and son dead from influenza. The father, who is totally blind, and is recovering from the epidemic, was unable to afford Information beyond stating that he knew they wero sick, but had not heard them speak for some time.
