SHIPPING FOR DOMINION
NEW ZEALAND OCCUPIES PREMIER POSITION. Australian and N.Z, Cable Association. LONDON, May 0. Official: As regards demobilisation, Now Zealand notably occupies tho cost position among tho Dominions respecting the percentage of troops returned or afloat; and the present, circumstances suggest the maintenance of that condition. Thirteen ships are to leave England for Now Zealand between now and the first week in June. This result is very satisfactory, in view of the fact that earlier in the year strikes in various English ports hold up the shipping for about; six -weeks, causing furious congestion in the export produce stores' in New Zealand. All things considered, the Dominion has gained a good share of the available shipping, and the position is now generally satisfactory.
