Sylvia Pankhurst was ciiargea at Bow street Police Court with oostructing the police in Bow street. »ne claimed tne right to enter the House of Commons. The mounted police dispersed the procession" while it was on its way from Hyde 'Park'.'' Its objecv was tu protest to members of Parliament against the wars with Russia and Hungary; to demand tho introduction or tne Soviet system in England ; and to disclose the fact . that the dock workers in London were working harder than they ever did in war-time, shipping ammunition to Russia. Miss Pankhurst refustd to bt> bound over; and was- subsequently discharged. = , .
