Smyths .-Andrew- Oum-miugs,-and Michael Liddy, -who were employed- working cargo on the vessel -at the time, deposed to Daniels saying ho was'sorry, but were unable definitely to say that the coal.was wrapped in an overcoat, although they were certain that some material was round tho lump.
