Grant to be quartermaster with tho rank - of lieutenant (temp.) whilst employed a* officer-in-charge Sick and Wounded Records, Dunedin. DENTAL CORPS. Major H. P. Pickerell, M.D., relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Director of Dental Services on being appointed for duty with the N.Z. Expeditionary Force. Major. J. N, Rishworth relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Director of Dental Services on being appointed for duty with H.M.N.Z. hospital ship Maheno.
Lieutenant (temp, captain) C. G. Gray is granted the temporary rank of major whilst holding the appointment of Assistant Director of Dental Services. CHAPLAIN’S DEPARTMENT.
