It is not expected that BrigadierGeneral Richardson, who arrived at Auckland- yesterday,.will reach We Ilington jjntii ; 'to{iWrrow. The civic reception to him in Wellington lias been postponed accoidingly till 5 p.rn. tomorrow.
The secretary of the Wellington Returned Soldiery* Association (Mr A. Curtaync) has received a telegram from the Mayor (Mr J. P. Luke) stating that he is arranging., a civic reception to General Richardson, and he will'be glad if all returned officers and men will he present at this function.
