The Government steamer Hinemoa ar- - rived at Auckland from the East Coast lighthouses on Monday evening. The Vessel left Wellington on October 9th, ' and after working Castlepoint, Portland Island. Bast Cape, worked Cuvier Island and Channel Island. Tho Canterbury Company's steamer Breeze is duo at Wellington tomorrow from southern ports, and is to sail in the evenintr for Wanganui. the himitangi. The Chatham Islands Fishing Ompany's steamer Ifimitanjri, duo at Wei' j to-day from Lyttelton, will bertn at No. 12. Jervois quay to put out about 250 tons of cargo. Tho vessel will probably sail to-night for Lyttelton, tram which port she is expected back nore on Saturday. Tho Himitangi will leave Wellington on her next trip to the Chathams about tho end of this month. NO CARGO WANTED. Tho Union Company advise that next Monday being a public holiday (Labour Day) no cargo will be received by T of the company s vessels on that day. This will apply to tho Maori a ll d P a " tecna. On Saturday, also, the Mararoa. will not receive any cargo at Woiling ton for Lyttelton. WORK AT THE SLIP. The hulk Lutterworth is to be brought off the patent slip to-morrow morning and tho Union Company s hulk Liha will then go on tho cradle for two. or three days. Unless any. other application for tho slip is received another of the Union Company 6 hulks will tollow the Lilia, the calm bob south. The Canterbury Company’s steamer Calm is due back at Wellington to-mor-row from Wanganui, and is to sail tomorrow evening with cargo for Lyttelton, Bluff, and Oamaru. WATERS IDLES MEET TO-NIGHT.
