Lnxford, £5 11s 6d by October 30th or undergo five days’ imprisonment; John Creagh was ordered to pay David Herron £5 3s by October 30th, with the alternative of five days’ imprisonment. In the case of George Henry Bay] is v. John Lowe, judgment was given for plaintiff for possession of a tenement and £3 13s. and costs 13s.
