MAGISTRATE’S COURT
In the following cases yesterday jndgment was given for the plaintiffs by default : —G. SV'. Harty t. G. Cunningham, .£ll 11s, costs £1 10s Gd; Public 'i-ruste v. Thomas Newell, £l9 Ss 3d, costs £J 18$ 6d; B. Eeginald Collins and Co.. Ltd., v. Percy A. Beiliss, £l, costs only; Elsie Kod v. Harold White, 19s Cd, costdll 5s 6d: Dominion Mercantile Agency, Ltd., y. James Aldred, los, costs ss. Judgment summons cases were decided as followsJ. 11. Wrjgjit was ordered to pay P. C. Lnxford, £5 11s 6d by October 30th or undergo five days’ imprisonment; John Creagh was ordered to pay David Herron £5 3s by October 30th, with the alternative of five days’ imprisonment. In the case of George Henry Bay] is v. John Lowe, judgment was given for plaintiff for possession of a tenement and £3 13s. and costs 13s.
