SEAFARERS MISSING

BODY POUND IN OTAGO HARBOUR-, Press Association. DUNEDIN, October 15. Samuel Pocock, a married man, aged 52, an engineer in tho harbour ferry service, disappeared on September 24th. His body was found in the harbour yesterday. At the inquest -Mrs Pocock said that deceased had been in bad health for three months prior to disappearing. He was very depressed on the evening of Septembr 23rd. A verdict of drowned was returned. Samuel Creggan, a member of the crow of a steamer at Port Chalmers, has been missing since 11 pun. on Saturday. The watch on an adjacent steamer heard a splash at about 11.30. Croggan’s clothes were found on the vessel.
