WEATHER PROSPECTS.
(By the Dominion Meteorologist.! Present indications are for moderate to strong easterly winds, backing to northerly, northwards of New Plymouth and Napier, and increasing northerlies to westerly winds elsewhere. A change is due shortly, with rain following, particularly in the south of Cook Strait, but fair weather is likely to continue for a short time in the East Coast district. Barometer falling.
