BOYS’ INSTITUTE CLUB. Tho annual meeting of the Institute Old Hots’ Cricket Club was be’d tn'' week. Tie annual report, which was submitted by the secretary, pointed w that tho third grade team won the championship and that although the senior men’s, team,,.had not proved as successful as it might (on account of so many members donning khaki) yet from the club’s point of view the season had been a very successful one. Mention was made of the fact that Mr L. Keys had constituted a New Zealand record by securing the whole of tho ten wickets in one innings. The following office-bearers were elected for the year:—Patron, Mr H. E. Wood; president, Mr G. A. Troup; vicepresidents. Messrs G. E. Brown, D. E. Henries. T. Shields. J. M. L. T. Watkins, J. Hislop. D. E. Howitt, C. 6. Moore, D. McKeniie. C. K. Dick, FC. Atkinson. E. Eigarlsford, C. Lamb, Dr. J. 9. MoLauriu; hon. secretary. Mr J. D. Howitb; delegate to W.0.A., Mr J. D. Howitt; hon. treasurer. Mr F Cox: cTub captain. Mr P. Boss: management committee, jSfessrg H. Spoteky. A. MoMurtrie. J. D. Howitt. F. Oox, F. Sow; hon. auditor, Mr B. L. Zorn. There is a possibility that the club will again enter .two teams, via., third grads and jnnior men
