The Government has issued a manifesto that the convocation of the Constituent Assembly must not be delayed. Meanwhile, the Provisional Government will indefatigably work for universal peace, which is essential for the reconstruction of Russia, The Russian delegates to the interAUied Conference at Paris will seek to reach, an understanding with, the Allies, subject to the principles proclaimed m the Russian Revolution. The members include a special delegate who enjoys the confidence of the democratic organisations. . The Government will exert its whole strength in support of the Allied cause, xo meet the enemy from Russia, and restore the fighting strength ot the army. A REVOLUTIONARY COMMITTEE ARRESTED.
