It comprises six Socialists, of whom M. Kerensky is Premier and Commander-in-Ohief; eleven democratic and bourgeois representatives, including Terestchenko as Minister for Foreign Affairs, 'General Verkhousky as Minister for War, and Admiral Verderensky, Minister for Marine. Other Ministers are: M. Niketin (Interior and Posts and Telegraphs), M. Auksentieff (Agriculture), M. Govouzdev (Labour), and M. Bernatsky (Finance). The pan-Gorman Congress lias carried a resolution that Germany’s frontiers must be vastly extended oast and west. It declared that the military dtuation is excellent, and that the naval situation would soon force England to sign peace with Germany.
