TECHNICAL SCHOOL
MEETING OF THE BOARD
The Wellington Technical Education Board met last evening, Mr D. Robertson presiding. There were present Messrs' J. P. Luke, J. G. W. Aitken, W. H. Field, J. Smith, G. Frost, and the director (Mr AV. S. La Trobe). The Wellington Gas Company wrote stating that it bad recently completed a cookery room, which might be suitable for the purposes of the Technical School Tlio matter was left in the bands of the chairman and director. The financial statement showed receipts totalling £lO2l 19s lid, as against £764 6s id in 1912. The expenditure amounted to £957 16s 8d as compared with £656 12s lid last year. - A credit balance is shown of £2Ol 17s Id as against £240 6s lid last year.
