Messrs Harcourt and Co. point out that in our report 'of the case of Harcourt V. Green, heard in the Magistrate's Court, on Wednesday, it was stated that the property referred to was originally owned by Mr C. J. S. Harcourt and sold to Mr Hunter. Such was not the case; the firm had no connection whatsoever with the property, hut merely acted aa agents for the vendor (Mrs Hogg) in the sale to Mr Hunter.
