On the recommendation of the wharves and accounts Committee it Was resolved: To consent to transfer by city corporation to Railway Department ol land at To Aro railway station; to consent to transfer of foreshore license No. 90, hoatshed and skids, Evans Day. from N. Gibbs to J* Bell, attd to affix seal of boat'd to sameto grant foreshore license to -G. Dennis for bohtshed at Evans Day subject to approval of plans by Gdv-ernor-in-Cotthcil: to call for tenders, closing at 5 ‘p.ib. bh March 26th, for annual snbplies and services (excluding cartage, ironfoundry, and hrassfonndry thetofrom).
