MILITARY BALLOON EXPLODES. BERLIN, February 23. A military balloon, when landing near Metz, exploded. The three officers aboard were not hurt. A MYSTERIOUS AIRSHIP. (Received February 24, 9.6 p.m.) LONDON, February 24. A mysterious airship with a strong searchlight has been seen at nighttime at several points on the east coast.
