A MAD DOG
BITES 20 PERSONS IN BERLIN. (Received February 23, ,5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, February 23. A mad dog bit twenty persons in tbe streets before a policeman sabred it. Nine of the injured are receiving Pasteur treatment.
