BUCKET-SHOP FRAUDS

SOME £60,000 INVOLVED. PARIS, February 21. Herbert Bussell and Mina Schneider have been arrested at Monaco for alleged bucket-shop frauds at Birmingham. Tho stun of £60,000 was involved. Two men have already been convicted in connection with the frauds.
