PECULIAR ACCIDENT
BULLET PIERCES MAN’S SHOULDER. AND REGISTERS A BULL’S EYE. (Received February 21, 9J.0 p.m.) MELBOURNE, February 21. Two riflemen were practising. One named Charlton, was rising after attending to the target a bullet pierced his shoulder aud registered a bull’s ©ye. The wound is not dangerous.
