A committee of tho House of Deputies is demanding that Madero bo compelled to face an official inquiry as to whether ho shot Colonel Riveroll when he was arrested at the National Plalace; also as to whether he misused Governmental funds. There is a likelihood of Madero being compelled to return and stand his trial. General Huerta has been sworn hi as President, General Diaz was present* and offered no objection. Conditions are now peacefnL The rebels in Northern Mexico am likely to submit if certain demands are granted.
