FIRE AT TOKIO
3300 BUILDINGS BURNT DAMAGE ESTIMATED AT ONE AND A HALF MILLIONS. By Telegraph— Press Association-Copyright TOKIO, February 20. A fire at ToMo destroyed 3300 buildings. Fifteen thousand persons are homeless. . , The fire originated in a Salvation Army hall in the Kanda_ quarter. Many schools and institutions were destroyed. The damage is estimated at one and a half millions sterling. The homeless have sought refuge in the parks.
