Won by two lengths* with four lengths between second and third. Time, Imin 30 2-ssec. CLAUDELANDS HANDICAP, five furlongs.—Blue Garment 7.7 1, Positive 7.4 2, Lnperin 7 3 Scratched— Lucille, Surplus, Leahora, and Salvia. Won by a head, with Lnperin three lengths away. Time, Imin 4 4-ssec. SOUTH AUCKLAND CUP, one mile and a quarter—Maxwell 8.2 1, Kaween 8.7 2, Jolie Fillie 9.8 3. Scratched— Manuwera and St. Lurasden. Won comfortably by two lengths; good third. Time, 2min llsec. HANDICAP HURDLE RACE, one mile and a half.—Ambergris 9.2 I, Snnray 9 2, Hoanga 11.2 3. Scratched—Hyperion, Rangihaeta, Heyboy, Bonnie Jean, Dunrobin, Bon Cyr, Lust, and Aha. Won by two lengths, with two lengths between second and third. Time, 2min 54sec.
