INDIAN RAILWAYS
A COSTLY ELECTRIFICATION SCHEME. (Received February 20, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, February 20. The “Morning Post” states that a scheme for the electrification of the Indian railways has been prepared, which is described as the most important and costliest adopted in any country.
