REFUSAL TO GIVE EVIDENCE. (Received February'2o, 9.50 p.m.) SYDNEY, February 20. Judgment has been reserved in the appeal of Normand McLaarin against the magistrate fining him £25 and £320 costs for refusing to attend the Sugar Commission's inquiry.
