RONALD-HARPER CASE

APPLICATION TO SET ASIDE WRIT. (Received February 20, 9.50 p.m.) MELBOURNE, February 20. In connection with the issuing of a writ by the Reverend, Ronald against Harper, claiming damages on the ground that Harper procured a verdict against him some time ago, Harper has applied to have the writ set aside on the ground that Ronald must first have the judgment in the previous case quashed. The court granted the Rev. Ronald leave to amend the summons and apply to set aside the previous judgment.
