Contract No. 192—For the erection of two 100 feet 2in truss spans, and five 25 feet stringer spans. MANGA HEW A BRIDGE AT AKITIO. Contract No. 193—For one 81 feet truss span and seven 25 feet stringer span*. NOTE-—ln all there are six Bridges to he erected, and it is anticipated that tenders will bo called for the remainder of the Bridges within the next few weeks. Tenders are to 'be on printed forma, accompanied by an approved bond and a deposit of 5 per cent., addressed to the "County Chairman, P.O. Box 7, Pongoroa,' and marked ‘Tender for Contract No*. 192 or 193." Plans and specifications may he inspected at the County Office, Pongoroa, and at the District Engineer’s Office, Wellington. Special provision has been made regarding the time for completion, giving the contractor ample time to order timber.
