ODDFELLOWS' CONFERENCE

OPENED AT LEVIN. Press Association* LEVIN, February IS. The annual "Wellington District Con* ference of the Oddfellows’ Lodge has opened here. The Kilbimie and Masterton lodges were fined for failing to make returns within the, specified time. It was resolved to hold the next district conference at Pahiatua in February, 1914. Discussion took place regarding the subvention proposals brought forward by thie late Mr Seddon (on lines of the statute now existing in New South Wales), but the conference deferred decision.
