CHANNEL TUNNEL

Conan Doyle, in the “Fortnightly Review,” advocates the building of a Channel tunnel as essential to Britain’s safety. Troops would thus avoid the dangers of transport ly sea, and it would enable Groat Britain to food f applies in wax time from the Mediterranean.
