THE NAVAL COMMANDERBHIP. _ VIENNA, February 17. Vice-Admiral Anderseben succeeds to the Naval Commandership. It was reported yesterday that Count Montecucoob, Minister for the Navy, had resigned, owing to attacks made upon him because he ordered a million’s worth of snppliea from abroad.
