A RECORD IN JANUARY. (Received February 17, 11.15 p.m.) LONDON, February 17. Tho “Daily Mail” states that the issues of capital in January were a record, the calls forcing the underwriters to realise on consols and other easily saleable securities. Consols have fallen £1 per cent, since the beginning of tho year, while they rose 18s 9d in tho same time in 1912.
