Critohley, the driver of a derailed train, was washed away and drowned. The body was recovered suspended to a tree seven miles distant. MELBOURNE, February 15. The western portion of Oastlemaine is flooded and unapproachable, and the southern portion has been cut off through the creek overflowing. Much damage has been done to lowlying houses. _ Three inches of rain fell at Bendigo, where business places and private houses were flooded.
