HAMIDIEH AT MALTA
A PLEA FOR EXTENSION OF TIME. MALTA, February 14. The Turkish cruiser Hamidieh unexpectedly put in owing to stress of weather. It is expected that she is going to the lonian Seas. She must leave within twenty-four hours. The Greek community is much excited. (Received February 16, 5.6 p.m.) MALTA, February 16. The Hamidieh has applied for an extension of time, pleading.that her machinery is disabled.
