DETACHMENT OF TURKS DESERT WITH ARMS. Ur Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright SOFIA, Febniarj' 15. A detachment of Turks deserted from Adrianople with their arms. (Received February 16, 5.5 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, February 16. There was no lighting at Adrianople on Thursday or Friday. The situation at Bulai'r is unchanged.' The Turks have occupied Ormanlikeyi, in the Chataldoja district.
